3. Management and Editorial Oversight

While the journal is owned and financially supported by UPN Veteran Jawa Timur, the scientific management and editorial decision-making processes are strictly independent.

• Editorial Independence: The publication process is overseen by an independent Editorial Board led by the Editor-in-Chief, Erwan Adi Saputro, Ph.D.
• The publisher (UPN Veteran Jawa Timur) does not interfere with the editorial review process, manuscript selection, or the scientific validity of the published content. All articles are evaluated purely on their academic merit, relevance to the journal's scope, and adherence to double-blind peer-review standards.

4. Financial Support and Revenue

As an academic entity, the management of IJEISE operates on a non-profit basis to support the global dissemination of engineering and scientific research. Revenue or funding derived from Article Processing Charges (APCs) or institutional support is reinvested entirely into the journal's operational costs, such as DOI registration (Crossref prefix 10.33005), website maintenance, typesetting, and archiving.

5. Operational Schedule

The journal is managed to follow a strict bi-annual publication frequency, officially releasing issues in May and November of each year.
